If it does'nt, sell it off for parts. It is pretty easy to rebuild, but would be very costly depending on what is wrong or worn out. 1)First things right off the bat will be new water pump, fuel pump, carb rebuilt, fuel lines replaced, new fuel filter. 2)Since it was in saltwater and not flushed, maybe water pump housing, water circulation vent under the motor and through the head may be damaged. Number 1 would be 300-500 dollars. 2, your look at some major parts and money. I hope this helps. Last changed: 07/24/08 |
