I just bought a boat with a 1973 85hp evinrude outboard. I put it in the lake the other day and it will run for about 5 to 10 min before it starts sputering (like its losing fuel or maybe spark) and then it will eventually die all together. If I let it sit for 10-15min it will fire right up again and do the same thing. Does anyone have any idieas what I should start checking? Last changed: 07/24/08 |
