in great shape. Tires are less than 1 year old. Has 4 new brakes and new wheel
bearings. Carpet has been replaced in living, kitchen and bath area. Walls are
as good as new. Roof seams were sealed about 1 1/2 years ago. Refrigerator vent
on roof has been replaced. Waste tank dump valve seems to be sticking but I do
have a replacement valve that you can put on. This travel trailer comes with
weight distribution hitch and anti sway mechanism. All you need is a 2" hitch
receiver and light hook up on you vehicle. This unit weighs about 3840 lbs. and
is 23 ft. long.This camper has these feature Wind up TV antenna. , Gas stove and
oven, microwave, twin stainless sinks, 3 way refrigerator, shower, bath sink,
and RV toilet w/ valve that was recently replaced, Sofa goes into a bed to sleep
2 people, dinette goes into a bed to sleep 2 smaller people, Storage under queen
bed in bedoom and above and beside the bed, also lots of storage in
