A 18" minimum length limit for Wipers went into effect at this lake on January 1, 2005

Effective January 1, 2003 at Hillsdale Lake, Crappie less than 10" in length must be returned to the water.

Water Temperature: 50 degrees F.
Turbidity: Visibility 10 inches.
Fish Attractors: Not in service.
Fishing Pressure: Very low.

Largemouth Bass: No report.

Channel Catfish: No Report. Try shad sides or night crawlers.

Crappie: Poor. None reported for the past two weeks. Try live minnows or small jigs at the mouth of streams feeding the lake.

Flathead Catfish: None reported.

Bluegill Sunfish: None reported.

Green sunfish: None reported.

Common Carp: None reported.

White Amur: None reported.

Over 250 brush piles were constructed
