The Lucky Craft Pointer 100, 78, and 78DD are the suspenders of choice. Rogues are catching some fish, just not as many as the Lucky Craft. The 300 and 200 series Bandit crankbaits in crawfish patterns are producing a few fish as well. Eakins jigs in black/blue, and brown/purple flash are the best producing drop baits. Crappie: The crappie are starting to pick up as of late. Grandpa's jigs again are the top producers, orange/sparkle/chartreuse, red/black sparkle/chartreuse, white/powder blue/white, and orange/brown/orange all in 1/32 oz. Boat docks private and public have been producing well. White Bass/Hybrids-The white bass have been biting a little bit. Jigging spoons around Goat Island in 15 to 25 ft. Catfish: The catfish are still biting real well. The better cats are coming out of water in the 25 to 35 ft range. Perch, shad, and goldfish are still the baits of choice.
