Submitted By: Greg Lamb
Above Sailboat Bridge: Muddy
Sailboat Bridge to Horse Creek: Dirty to Stained
Horsecreek to the Dam: Lightly Stained to Clear
Water Temp: 36 to 40 degrees

Bass: The stick bait bite is still producing real good catches. Lucky Craft 100, 78, and 78DD are by far the best choice. Nishiki, Table Rock Shad, American Shad, and Pearl White are the colors getting it done. Eakins jigs are still the jigs of choice, Black/Blue is the best color right now.

Crappie: The crappie are starting to get better. We are starting to see more limits than we have over the last few months. Grandpa's Jigs are doing a lot of the catching around here. Orange/Chart./Chart. is the hottest color but Orange/Sparkle/Chart., Orange/Grey/Grey, Orange/Brown/Brown, and White/light blue/White are getting some teeth marks as well.

White Bass/Hybrids-There have been some white bass being caught in the Spring River up around the 10 Hwy. bridge. Curly tail grubs on 1/4 oz. jig heads are getting the best results.

Catfish: The catfish are still biting well in the deeper water. Gold fish and cut shad have been the baits of choice.
