Boat docks have finally started producing bites on 10" Power worms and jig-n-chucks. The bass are moving out on the deeper structure and brush piles. The Carolina Rig and football jig is still catching quality and quantity of fish on main lake and secondary points. Fat free shad and DD22 crank baits are producing some large fish.Topwater bite is good on buzz baits, spooks and frogs. Crappie- The crappie are still slow. Catfish- The drift fishermen continue making great catches around Bad Island and in the Horse Creek area. The jug liners are having a field day here a Grand Lake, with some 20 lbs+ cats coming in the 20-25 ft range. They are using anything from perch, shad, and goldfish. White bass- The White bass are biting really good. They are starting to surface and stay up for more than 30 seconds.
