Thanks, sound like it would be tough. Did that person indicate how far up the Kaw he had to travel to get to the mouth? I assume when he says channel he means the danger of becoming marooned on a sand bar in the Kaw? I have a 9.9 with doesn't need a lot of water but the 17.5 ft boat needs a little more than a foot to float.
