BAIT 'N' TACKLE Braggin' Board
Catfish are still going good. All normal types of catfish bait
is working. Several caught on shrimp.
Walleye are getting a bit tougher to find, but some are still
lucking out. One fellow fishing for catfish with shrimp got a 3 1/2 pound
walleye. So who knows?
Striper still are seen surfacing but not as often. Marshall cove
to the dam. With the water temperature in the low 70's they are going
where they want to.
White bass being caught on little jigs as well as minnows and
slab spoons. They are running the bait to the surface also.
Smallmouth bass on the rocky areas. Crankbaits and minnows are
being successful for these.
