Report by: Clint's Bait and Tackle
Hello to everyone. It's been somewhat cool this week and as all Have suspected
the fish have slowed some. But for those who have went out and braved the
cool air, they have not been sorry.
The crappie are still there but just a little deeper and still
seem to want minnows and a few jigs. Work the point and the coves for some
good crappie fishing.
The walleye are still hanging around the rocks for the most part
but there a some that have moved out to the flats. Crawlers, leeches, and
some jigs are still the meal of the walleye.
Haven't heard much on the bass this week for some reason. Although
they should still be going fair.
The catfish are still doing well. The cool weather hasn't slowed
them much. They are hitting on crawlers, sides, guts, and about any type of
bait you want to give them.
We are open 7 days a week and have the state fishing license. Plus the
city fishing and boat permits. We have a good line of bait and tackle for
all your needs. Plus we are getting in new orders every week.
