Report by: Clint's Bait and Tackle
Sure hope the report I put up last week did you some good. People are
telling us that the fishing is still but the evenings and mornings are the
best. So we will let you know what we have been told.
CRAPPIE---They are just about everywhere but you have to work for them. there
are places they are somewhat deep but you can find they. Minnows are the
best for these fellows.
WALLEYE-- They have mainly been caught of an evening and early morning. Drifting
worked pretty good to catch this fish. Crawlers and small perch are a good
bait to use.
BASS---These rascals have been real active about anywhere from all
we have been told. Crawlers, Minnows, and jigs have all worked good.
CATFISH-Just about any water is producing channels and even some
fair flat heads have been caught. Crawlers, Livers, Minnows, and shad guts
& sides are all working well for the cats.
We are open 7 days a week and carry a good line of bait & tackle
for all your needs. If we aren't in the shop when you needs us, just walk
across the street and get us.
