Note: Several anglers have reported catching Largemouth Bass > 18" with sores on there sides.  If any bass are found floating and unable to right themselves, please contact your area Fish and Wildlife Office.

ELK CITY RESERVOIR

The lake will be temporarily closed to the public for approximately the next 60 days.  This is taking place so that long needed repairs to the stilling basin area can be accomplished.  The campground area will remain open.  If you have any question please call the office at

The Stilling basin is under construction.  No water will be released until completed.

Anglers when fishing at the hot water inflow at the outlet gate at the dam, DO NOT GO OVER THE CABLES. DUE TO RECENT EVENTS FISHING IN A RESTRICTED AREA COULD GET YOU ARRESTED.
