Report by Bud's Bait & Tackle

Well the weather is finally cooperating with the anglers.

Several Stripers have been put on stringers by using cut bait, live shad and "Hyper Striper" jig with flip tails. they are ranging up to 8 lb. The bigger ones are out there, you just have to keep after them.

The catfish are also jumping on the anglers lines. Shrimp, shad sides and gizzards as well as the reliable night crawlers are being successful.

Some anglers are going below the dam in the stilling basin and getting their fill of small mouth action.

That is about it for now till, next time, keep a tight line.
